Discovery of the GF Bread

I wanted to share with you my biggest discovery and win since I changed to no-grain diet. Recipe of my no-grain bread - Sprouted Buckwheat Bread. (COMING SOON..)

At the beginning of my paleo journey, what I missed the most—by far—was bread! I loved bread. Any kind, literally (!) and I used to eat it with almost every meal. Quitting bread was the hardest part of giving up grains.

Back in 2012–2013, grain-free products weren’t widely available—or at least, I didn’t know where to find them. So, I started baking and cooking more at home. When I eventually found gluten-free bread, it usually wasn’t grain-free or was full of ingredients I was trying to avoid. I began experimenting with making my own bread, but nothing quite matched the BREAD I used to know and love.

After several attempts, I finally found the perfect recipe! It was delicious, crispy on the outside, and while not entirely grain-free, it was gluten-free—and my stomach was happy with it. That was a big win for me! I made it often, and everyone who tasted it loved it. I baked it for myself and my husband, for friends, and even for friends of friends.

Over the years, I simplified the recipe—eventually removing the oatmeal and leaving only buckwheat. And then came my biggest discovery: buckwheat is not a grain—it’s a seed! I know... the name is confusing. Buckwheat sounds like a grain, and every package on store shelves labels it a "whole grain." But no—it's a seed. READ HERE!

I'm so happy with this bread that I want to share the recipe with all of you! RECEIPE HERE COMING SOON!

I hope this site becomes an educational space—one where I can introduce you to different types of seeds, their amazing nutritional benefits, and how they can elevate your meals. We don’t need to rely on grains!
